My first month of the project, this has got to be some kind of milestone.

Next time I’m going to have to do something more exiting for a drawing.

Maybe something more colorful for the next milestone. We will see.

Double whammy today, after my philosophical conundrum about cartooning the portrait I’m trying a different approach , here are two of them.

I’m seeing it more cartoonish, and i’m liking it.

I think I exaggerated a little bit this time, just enough to make it look awkward, not enough to make it look cartoon-ish

How is it done? how do you make a person look cartoonish? I might need to do more sketches of the same person exaggerating different stuff in order to make it better. And for that I need to dedicate it more time. Which I am lacking a lot of lately.  So if you see more than the usual styles, it will be an idle day.
