Missing the ginormous eye highlights that are so typical of anime, I just couldn’t find my white out 😛

The reference I used with today’s subject is from the first cartoon I remember in anime (Japanese) style: Captain Tsubasa or the way I remember them “Supercampeones”

I’ve been having some problems with my internet connection or my patience, so uploading the images has become the hardest part of this project, bare with me if I get out of my rhythm on posting

Not particularly proud of this one, the beard appears to be longer than it is in reality, and I don’t know how to strike a balance, anime men look so feminine and stylized, there has got to be some style that shows a real guy in an anime drawing… in the meantime, here’s hoping to strike that balance on my own.
